KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at 7abet is completed in three steps. Each step requires uploading clear photos or scans of specific documents.
Step 1 — Proof of identity (any one):
- National ID card (NID) — photos of both sides
- Passport — photo of page with details
- Driving licence — photos of both sides
Step 2 — Proof of address (issued within 3 months):
- Bank statement or utility bill (electricity/gas)
Step 3 — Payment method verification:

The time it takes for winnings to be credited at 7abet depends on the type of bet:
Pre-match bet:
- Credited automatically once the result is confirmed after the match or event ends — usually within 5 minutes.
Live / in-play bets:
- Credited after each live market is settled. Within 10–30 minutes of match completion.
Series bet / multiple selections:
- The full amount is credited together after the final event is settled.

7abet settles bets in cancelled or postponed match situations following international betting rules:
If the match is completely cancelled:
- All bets Void (cancelled) announced.
- The full bet amount is returned to the account within 24 hours.
If a match is stopped mid-way:
- If sufficient play has occurred (e.g. Duckworth-Lewis method applies in cricket), bets are settled based on that result.
- A football match is considered complete if more than 45 minutes have been played.
- If rescheduled within the specified time (usually 48–72 hours), bets remain valid.
One match cancelled in a series bet:
- The cancelled leg is removed and the bet is recalculated with the remaining selections.
